About Me

Hi My Name is Ravindra Chaudhary and I'm Author behind Quality Technical Information.

     

I have been working in Automotive Industry for a little more than 6 years now. 3 Years as on Manufacturing side to control the product and process quality and another 3 years in Quality Assurance focusing on the Customer complaints and other root cause investigations and also working on more activities like; MACE Green Project, Quality Circle, New Product Development.

I’m passionate about learning new things and I enjoy sharing new ideas with others.

My Thoughts on Quality

First off, I believe that Quality is a competitive advantage, contributing significantly both to the bottom line but also to the long term viability of an organization.

Quality is not a tool. Lean & Six Sigma are tools. Quality is commitment, from everyone in an organization.

That commitment is to meet or exceed the customers expectations and to continually improve your product or process such that you’re delivering maximum value to your customer.
